Dongguan Magicmak Metal Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing company specializing in metal component production, utilizing metal stamping and CNC machining processes. Established in 2009, previously named ZTW metal Co., Ltd, the factory has grown to a well-equipped facility capable of handling a range of metal parts, such as metal clips, contacts, brackets, enclosures, screwing rods, shafts, etc.
In 2020, ZTW joined Magicmak group and got a lab with advanced equipment invested by Magicmak. Meanwhile, the facility extended to 5500 square meters and got ISO 9001: 2015 certificated.
Our primary facility is equipped with:
- 21 metal stamping presses ranging from 25T to 200T.
- 9 CNC machining centers with capabilities ranging from 3-axis to 5-axis.
- 2 CNC lathe machines.
- 1 screwing machine.
- 4 EDM machines (for tooling manufacture)
- 2 precision grinding machines (for tooling manufacture)
- CNC milling and turning machine (for tooling manufacture)
